A classic Yamazaki (山崎), easily the best of the standard line and one of the top standard bottlings in that age range of any whisky out there. Bottled at 43% vol.
- Nose: Sherry, honey, oak, fresh raisins, cedar wood
- Mouth: Oak, a bit smokey, a bit sherry, soft but powerful
- Finish: Long with different kind of woods, exotic fruits, melon candy, sherry, quite complex
Comments: Fantastic bottle and an amazing finish. Leagues above the 10 and 12yo.
