Suntory Hibiki 17

This is one of the more premium blends from Suntory that is easily available in the western markets and it has been around for quite a while now. Bottled at 43% vol.

• Nose:  Honey, nectar, sponge cake/katsutera, a bit oak
• Mounth: Honey, oak, flower nectar
• Finish: Oak, warmed up acorns, a tad maple syrup, sweet, minimal tanins, cereals

Comments: Very mellow and elegant. Nicely integrated oak and well rounded. You could sip a whole bottle in no time :)
