Bottled 2008 - 18yo - 60.0%

• Nose: Lots of sherry, red berries, soy sauce, cedar wood, a little bit balsamic vinager, very little bee wax 
• Mouth: Sherry, red fuit, spices, chilli
• Finish: long finish, sherry, red fruit, chilli, chocolate, leather

Comment: What an amazing nose, you can spend a lot of time with this one just smelling it. Taste and finish doesn't dissapoint either. Massive sherry bomb, tastes "older" than it is. Takes a bit water, but as with (imo) many heavily sherried whiskies it can drown fast.
